ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform SSD Test equipment preventive maintenance (PM) as per scheduled.
• Ensure all PM tasks are properly update to PM checklist and CMMS.
• Support improvement in SSD Test maintenance, process and methodologies to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
• Troubleshooting and repair SSD Test equipment.
• Manage equipment calibration.
• Support SSD Test equipment new setup, relocation and retirement.
• Sustain and Monitor all Blade tester repair and maintenance.  
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of the assigned machine. 
• Ensure correct settings and configuration are applied on the machine prior to use in Mass production. 
• Collaborate with Engineers and fellow technicians in Failure Analysis and Improvement Activities. 
• Supports Engineering Evaluations and other Qualification Activities as required by Engineering

REQUIRED: 

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics 
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field. 
• Computer literate. 
• Can work with minimal supervision. 

SKILLS: 

• Familiar with Linux based tester.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of PC based Test Equipment.
• Knowledge in handling SSD Test equipment such as Advantest, Flexstar, Genesis, Mustang, Pstar and etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization 
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment 
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to ensure instructions is correctly carried out.
