Job Description

As the factory planner, you will join a growing team which manages our factory in Thailand. You will work directly with our program management team and the factory to schedule builds, assess readiness, and communicate priorities and commit dates. Responsibilities will include work order management, shortage reports, and WIP reports. Fluency with Microsoft Excel is a must, and a working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work order creation, purchase order receipt, material issue and backflush.
  • Run shortage reports against a backlog.
  • Work with program management team to align priorities.
  • Manage build plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Extensive experience in ERP transactions.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience in electromechanical assembly process, preferably in a materials or planning role.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or other ERP system.

SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written communication
