Business Process Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead the Manufacturing Business Process related activities.

• Able to evaluate and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing scope based.

• Coordinating the improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.

• Track and follow up all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.

• Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

• Deploying the changes through change management process

• Documenting the change details.

Manufacturing Business Process Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, business/project management or any related field.

• Minimum two years' experience in EMS based manufacturing, business process management knowledge will be an advantage.

• Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.

• Skills in the area of problem-solving, lean culture/VSM, FMEA & DMAIC is key.
