Job Description

  • Develop process control procedure and method follow new technology to meet customer requirement
  • Create and setup the monitoring system, OCAP, and improvement plan for the process control.
  • Improve the yield, more reliable and robust process, and cycle time according to new technology integrated. 
  • Integrated new technology or new process introduced with risk assessment provided.
  • Finalize and summarize the conclusion on any engineering issues and experiments.
  • Supervise, control and follow-up the working performance to resolve any products defect.
  • For responsible product, address the potential issue, identify the potential causes and provide the course of action to solve issue as well as preventing the occurrence of them.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
