Job Description

As the senior engineer, THO BQST Test Engineer, you will need to provide engineering and technical solution to improve Tester variation, KPIs, and participate in People Development for being competitive business fundamentals and long-term success of Great Organization Transformation Journey

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Driving improvement in overall KPI, quality, performance, cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment
  • Setup and qualify  incoming tester and monitor KPI performance
  •  Compliance to Standards; IMS, CESC, BCP, contamination/ESD requirement
  • Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs.
  • Follow Regulation, Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies, rules, regulations & THO documents.
  • Update related documents; WI, PI, II, PMP
  • Control and follow up to achieve management plan.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field, Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechatronic engineering, and Physics (Electromagnetic).
  • At least 3-7 years in engineering.

PREFERRED:

  • Programming, coding (Option)
  • Magnetic Recording Knowledge
  • Machine installation, fixing, and development

SKILLS:

  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Statistical Knowledge, Six Sigma, GR&R,  Regression analysis
  • Be able to use Statistical tools, JMP
  • Be able to use Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Be able to work as a team and have growth mindset
  • Problem-solving and Decision making
  • Good Interpersonal Skill, Pro-active, Positive Attitude, Accountable, Dynamic
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating, and managing the efforts of others
