Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance  and contribute to improve tester/equipment/board repair capabi
  • Provide information and inform to Supervisor in order to improve tester capability and tester variation to meet product requirement and KPI improvement
  • Trouble shooting chronic testers in production to meet site operation objective.
  • Monitor and maintenance tester to achieve Test Lab KPI every appraisal period 
  • Support tester PM, Shoe PM of BQST, BWT and DET testers
  • Maintenance testers to improve Mean Time Between Failure of critical spare parts
  • Maintenance tester to in control contamination and ESD compliance
  • Control and follow Test Lab Instruction and related document 
  • Support new test equipment ramp and new tooling for HVM
  • Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

PREFERRED:

  • Good team work
  • Good attitude

SKILLS:

  • Able to use computer
