ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing Leadership of SDSM Raw Materials Warehouse, FG Storage & Shipment Execution and Inventory Control/ management.
• Accountable for the Daily WH/Shipment Operations and TQM under a Dynamic environment.
• Drive the Inventory Control Team in developing Inventory Control Protocol on-site and cross-companies level to govern inventory Integrity.
• Stabilize and Strengthen the capabilities of the Warehouse and Shipment function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right materials/FG move on the right time and explore any Automation opportunity
• “Game Changer” - Define Key Initiatives for Robust Process Controls and Deployments
• “Solution Driver” - Provide & Drive for effective/efficient solutions to problem statements

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Experience in Leading a 200 people organizations as a Head of Department
• Solid hands on knowledge and willing work on the ground for details
• Solid know-how & experience in inventory optimization and aggressive cost reduction initiative.
• Solid know-how in dept. budget planning and cost control
• Basic Automation concept which can help to drive for the materials auto movement
• Basic Knowledge in LMW / Custom and Trade Compliance Process
