Job Description

  • Regular Duties / Responsibilities:
    • Perform failure analysis for HDD to determine failure mechanism and pursue appropriate corrective action.
    • Maintain good and accurate records of failure analysis findings.
    • Recommend debug disposition and debug flow to Debug Team based on FA findings.
    • Support Failure Analysis for HDD qualifications / evaluations.
    • Support / Participate in New Product transfer activities, providing Engineering and Failure Analysis assistance in Pilot / PCRT builds.
    • Support HDD activities for DPPM reduction and Reliability improvement.
    • Lab Equipment installation and Maintenance.
    • Follow safety and house-keeping rules.
    • Report accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions and acts to immediate supervisor.
