Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritize and manage workload to ensure assignments address the objectives of the company, department and customers.
  • Manages material and tooling requirements to meet production goals.
  • Monitor hourly performance levels in Departments to ensure production goals is met. 
  • Ensure the completion of production records (daily production reports, work orders, etc.) and perform data entry as required.
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
  • To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures.
  • Applied strategies for cost reduction through continuous improvements.
  • Support and assign subordinate to participate in CI, IMS and BCMS activities.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Fully knowledgeable of all safety, environmental requirements associated with the work an employee perform.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 3 Years in a manufacturing environment

PREFERRED:

  • Able to speak and written English.
  • Computer literacy. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel PowerPoint.
