Job Description

Ensuring continuous organizational improvements for HDD Operations including focusing on planning, designing and developing organization development program/training curriculum and materials, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivering training, conducting relating organization development seminar/workshop/meeting and monitoring program effectiveness

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships and work processes to determine training programs and/or training initiatives that need to be changed or implemented in order to increase organizational effectiveness
  • Analyses process and initiate improvement (Change Management) and develop methods for measuring effectiveness of all programs that support organizational development
  • Partner with HR professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead organizational development interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation
  • Analyzes employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and business management to design the course curriculum
  • Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
  • Create content, methods, and materials to conduct course a line of business, function, and team
  • May select and coordinate with external consultants to develop training content or conduct training

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in training and development, human resources, education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in HR, training, organizational development, instructional design, Learning Management System or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in designing, developing and deploying learning solutions for employees at all levels in face-to-face and remote learning environments.
