ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Responsible for all aspects of product quality for assigned enterprise SSD programs
•    Single point of contact, representing quality in all program team meetings
•    Manage master test plan, including qualification test plan resource, budget and schedule
•    Manage product maturity process and drive risk assessments during NPI phase
•    Provide leadership and teamwork to cross-functional teams in achieving program milestones
•    Influence quality culture and mindset across the company
