About West Side Transport:

At West Side Transport we believe in providing a better work environment where drivers aren’t just a number, but an important part of our growing team and family. 

Not your ordinary OTR. Our OTR drivers are out 10 to 14 days and get home for 2 full days and also make additional $.02 more per mile than our Midwest Regional drivers. We appreciate you staying out for longer periods of time so we believe you should be awarded so by making more per mile

Pay

· $.35 to $.43/mile depending on experience.

· Additional $.10 to $.13 per mile in accessorial pay.

Pay Commitment

· 0 to 6 months experience – Eligible for $1,000/week minimum Pay Commitment.

· 7 to 12 months experience – Eligible for $1,100/week minimum Pay Commitment.

· 13+ months experience – Eligible for $1,200/week minimum Pay Commitment.

Home Time

· Bi-weekly

· Home weekends for full 48 hours.

· Home time doesn’t start until first full day home.
