Job Description

Tremendous growth has created the need for a Talent Development Manger to support our commitment to acquiring and developing world class talent in the Logistics sector. You will not only be responsible for proactively hiring elite talent but will also be involved in the creation and implementation of programs to support learning, development and retention.

The Position

We are looking for a strategic partner that will be responsible for talent acquisition and the synchronization of associate training, onboarding and development. The Talent Development Manager will work with management to provide market intelligence, develop recruiting strategies, foster relationships on college campuses, implement training programs, and measure and monitor the quality and cycle time for the execution of these processes.

• Able to effectively manage multiple and sometimes changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience required.

• 1 to 3 years of full cycle recruitment or Logistics experience required.  Recruiting experience in logistics preferred.

• 1 to 3 years training experience preferred.

·   Ability to travel up to 25%
