Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager for one of our teams in the Service Professionals Experience track (SPX). The SPX track is responsible for the full experience of Service Professionals (the supply side of our marketplace) after they have been acquired and vetted. The track consists of 2 teams with a strong emphasis on mobile apps because that is the primary way our Service Pro users engage with our platform. As junior product manager, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our customers and business to make an impact on the Service Pro journey of Travaux.com / Werkspot. You will be working closely with a team of software engineers, analysts and UX designers and researchers to define core problems to solve and develop impactful solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Identify our customers behaviour and needs through research and analysis.
Translate opportunities into product solutions together with the team and ensuring the team has the right context and data
Proactively identify stakeholders, align and getting input/feedback
Ensure the prioritisation of the backlog to maximise impact, based on the user, business and technology needs
Coordinate go-to-market activities
Provide input to the SPX track strategy through in-depth business and user understanding
Who you are
You are data-driven and have excellent analytical skills: you enjoy going through numbers and you base your decisions on facts rather than opinions
You are a reliable, communicative and collaborative team player
You are open-minded, curious and embrace diversity
You have excellent communication skills (in English)
You have around 2 years of experience in Product Management
You have a lean mindset and are familiar with agile product development methodologies.

Our Product, Technology and UX department currently consists of 4 tracks and approximately 100 professionals, from all over the world: Brazil, Canada, India, France, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, The Netherlands, South Africa, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Turkey, the UK, and the USA. Each track focuses on the most valuable opportunity within their given scope. Within the tracks, multidisciplinary product development teams collaborate on achieving the goals that they set and commit to each quarter. Special note related to COVID-19
We will be hiring mostly through online video interviews. In-person interviews can be scheduled for candidates in the Amsterdam area, with the agreement of both parties. The position is based in Amsterdam and requires relocation to the Netherlands. Note that in-line with the current government (RIVM) recommendations, we are currently working from home. We will do our best to make the on-boarding as smooth as possible and help you get up-to-speed.
