Team & Technology

Our product & Technology department is a diverse group of engineers, working in 2 locations (Amsterdam NL, Aix en Provence FR) on a central technology platform for the three brands. We are organised in multidisciplinary teams that take care of each part of the user journey. The teams consist of people with different skill sets to build the desired features. We firmly believe in Agile principles and practises and apply them in each team.

Your role

In this role, you will bring context and data to our platform teams. As a key part of the multidisciplinary platform track, you will help the teams anticipate our infrastructure needs; build a world-class infrastructure and development environment; keep our company and customer’s data safe and secure; and help us automate everything.

You will also plan tech-driven initiatives across the company, gather stakeholder support, and drive them to success.

What we expect from you

• Build an infrastructure strategy that delights our customers and developers alike, from development to production

• Work with the Agile Coach to develop internal team processes and communication, increasing team productivity and self-organisation

• Manage communication with stakeholders, identify external requirements, opportunities and threats and translate them into actionable initiatives with the team

• Gather a deep understanding of developer workflow and help the team find solutions to continuously improve on it

• Understand and explore industry best practices from top to bottom, use them as a blueprint to keep us up-to-date, secure, and performant

Your background

• Experience working in a technical position, with good infrastructure knowledge

• You naturally bring people together to find solutions and leverage trade-offs

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable, communicative and active team player
