Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced lead product manager who can guide our Service Pro Experience (SPX) track. The SPX track is responsible for the full Service Pro (the supply side of our marketplace) experience after they have been acquired, vetted and activated. The track exists of 2 teams with a strong emphasis on mobile apps because that is the primary way our Service Pro users engage with our platform. As lead product manager you will be responsible for leading the product efforts for the Service Pro journey at Travaux.com / Werkspot.

Responsibilities

  • Set out and champion high-level product strategic vision for the track, supporting the overall business strategy
  • Together with your Product Managers translate product and business objectives to goals and roadmaps for the individual teams (OKRs)
  • Define, measure and act on core KPIs for your track
  • Manage a team of 3 product managers & analysts and help them in their personal and career growth
  • Create the environment to drive self-organisation of the track and teams
  • Use both quantitative and qualitative research to improve your part of the product
  • Built and maintain a healthy and close relationship with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Keep management updated on ongoing progress and results of initiatives in your track
  • Work closely with product & technology leadership to drive the right technical and functional decisions
  • Align with other tracks by exchanging information and knowledge
  • Ultimately be responsible for all product releases in the Service Pro experience journey

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​You are an experienced product professional with a deep knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
  • You have multiple years of experience in product management, of which a significant part in establishing, leading and inspiring product teams
  • You have contributed to great products with a delightful user experience, preferably products that operate across multiple countries, cultures and languages
  • You are a servant leader with practical product management skills, with the interpersonal skills to operate cross-functionally and within the business in multiple countries and offices
  • Your communication skills (in English) are excellent and you have the ability to motivate others and execute on the strategy without needing to be in the room

Additional Information

Our Product and Technology department currently consists of 6 tracks and approximately 100 professionals, from all over the world: Brazil, India, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, France the Netherlands, South Africa, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Turkey, the UK, and the USA. Each track focuses on one part of our customer journey. Within the tracks, multidisciplinary product development teams collaborate on achieving the objectives that we set and commit to each quarter. We approach our decisions in an experiment driven way: we validate new directions using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
