Werkspot is the online marketplace to find a Service Professional for your home improvement jobs. Our mission is to be the easiest and most reliable way to arrange home services. We are expanding our  market leaders ship in The Netherlands and developing our start-up Instapro.it in Italy. Since mid 2018 we started migrating Travaux.com, the French market leader to our platform. 

Our Product & Technology department consists of 6 cross-functional teams, each with around 5 developers, a Product Owner and a UX designer. The teams are working closely together, applying agile principles and taking ownership to implement the desired product improvements.
 

To drive our international growth ambition we are expanding our team of product owners. We are looking for a PM for our new team Service Pro Acquisition. Typical challenges you will work on with the team are:

• Improve our sales efficiency by implementing a trigger based contact strategy for our sales department 
• Improve resolution time of handling cases at customer service
• Improve the conversion of the sign-up page by launching specific landing pages

Your team consist out of 5 developers (front and back-end) and one designer. You will report to the track lead. We’re looking for someone who is open for a challenge to grow our service professional network in all our countries France, Italy and The Netherlands. You are an analytical, hands on product owner with natural leadership skills. 

• Proven track record in (re-) designing business processes (preferably using Salesforce) 
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a product owner
• Ability to think strategy and translate this into execution
• Collaborative in nature with strong communication skills
• Be fluent in English as English is our primary language
