Job Description

Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS

Customer Experience

o  Professionalism, housekeeping, store look and feel, know layout of store to direct customers to products

 Store Disciplines and Productivity

o  Opening & closing procedures, ticketing, effective merchandising as per guidelines

Risk Management

o  Stock control - accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual, stock counts & product expiry checks

o  Cash handling - assist with POS and cash ups

Qualifications

We ASK

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience would be advantageous
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
