Job Description

We need an Administrative Assistant in the Terre Haute area, on an as-needed basis.

We help employers develop meaningful and pragmatic strategies that turn them into powerful and informed healthcare consumers. Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following job functions:Answer phones using a multi-line system as well as scheduling patients.Greet patients and obtain patient demographics and insurance information.Prepare educational materials and assist in planning and developing health and educational programs for patients.Cleans treatment rooms, equipment and supplies.Submits any received laboratory and radiology results to medical providers.Inputs all patient’s information into the patients electronic medical record.Completes any and all clinical reminders “due” at the time of each patient’s visit.Must possess excellent relationship skills and a teamwork attitude.
