We seek a qualified and experienced Accounting and Economics Teacher to join our secondary school team. The successful candidate will teach Accounting and Economics to students in promoting academic excellence, critical thinking, and skills development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach Accounting and Economics to Grades 9-12.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for external exams (e.g., WASSCE, IGCSE).
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Provide guidance and support for students.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Education.
• At least 5 years of experience teaching Economics and Accounting at the Secondary or university level.
• Taught at least 2 years in a Cambridge Secondary school.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain complex statistical concepts to students
• Ability to develop lesson plans and assessments that align with Cambridge International curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Familiarity with educational technology

Proposed Net Salary: Negotiable
