The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of engineering projects and should be able to develop proposal responses to Request for Proposals  from clients. This person will be able to explain in a proposal a solution for the client request.

Responsibilities

• Identify new clients and have us registered with them so we can receive proposal requests from them.
•  Coordinate the development of proposals for client’s RFP with help from the engineering department.
• Visit client site for project scoping as part of proposal development.
• Regular check-ins on clients to ensure they are receiving a satisfactory service from our team.
• Assist management in developing business strategies based on feedback from clients.
• Other responsibilities that management might assign.

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering.
• 3 years or more experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions.
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executive.
• Good Communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of PC.
• Microsoft Office.

Proposed Net Salary: GHS3500 - GHS4500
