At Weirdly we’re changing the way companies think about the recruitment process.  We build software to enable hiring to be faster, fairer and more efficient for hirers, and way less boring for candidates. That’s where Weirdly comes in: Building a modern, candidate friendly talent platform, because we believe effective and fair recruiting is centred around soft-skills and potential, not degrees and traditional resumes.

We've got some exciting entry level roles for graduates who're looking to dive straight into the start-up world. You might be looking for an insight into the fast paced and interactive nature of a tech start up, or have an interest in the HR and Recruitment industry.

Although you’ll spend 80% of your time dedicated to either our product team or our candidate innovation team you’ll also get the opportunity to access the Senior Leadership Team. We want to deliver value to you at the beginning of your career. And that means getting exposed to lots of ideas, experts and working styles.

Your day to day will see you reporting directly to a member of the SLT. You will learn to do a few tasks really well, as well have the chance to be involved in some experiments that will have a direct impact on the direction of some of our new products and features.

You will be someone who:

• Who understand instructions and move quickly through to execution

• Who has worked part time whilst studying or attending school

• Makes decisions quickly

• Has above average written communication skills

• Has had a side hustle (even something like selling fidget spinners online, or mowing your neighbour’s lawns, or selling your mum’s lemons)

Additionally for our innovation team we’re looking for people who:

• Want to run before they can walk. Fast to deliver, learn and iterate is our preferred way of working. Being a little over-confident can be a real benefit.

• Have the gift of the gab. You have very adaptable communication skills - you can communicate your thoughts and ideas to all walks of life - class mates, elderly relatives, community members, sports teams, teachers

And for our product team we’re looking for people who:

• Who have amazing attention to detail. You probably notice typos in documents and find it infuriating.

• Who doesn’t skip steps. You understand that there is a method to the madness of process and methodologies.
