The job:

• You will project and content leadership and support on projects with strategic & financial impact to the performance of Wehkamp
• Examples of what you could be working on:
  • Internal or external investment cases to grow our business 
  • Business reporting improvements to enable better decision making at MT or supervisory board level
  • Acquisitions and disentanglements
  • Setting up a performance steering framework that change the way we take decisions
  • Cost efficiency projects
  • Evaluating and executing transformatory business development with the Leadership Team of Wehkamp
  • Leading critical, cross-functional projects and initiatives with high strategic or structural impact together with expert teams.
  • Leading projects end-to-end: from creation of concepts, analysis, business case, project management and presentation of your findings.

Position in the organization:

• You will be reporting to the CFO, working closely with the Head of Business Performance Controlling  and Manager Finance
• You will work closely with the senior leadership of Wehkamp, functional experts and external advisors
• Our head-office is located in Zwolle. You can also work from our Amsterdam office. 

• At least 8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, strategy consulting, transaction services or business finance
• Master’s Degree or PhD
• Best in class analytical and conceptualization skills.
• Strong customer orientation and service mentality combined with strong communication skills [in writing and verbally]
• Excelent project management skills 
• Solid business acumen
