For our creation hub we have a vacancy of Support Employee CreativeHub. The creation hub is the internal agency of Wehkamp responsible for all creative assets used across the Wehkamp estate including shop, email and social.

Job Description

As Support Employee CreativeHub, you’ll need to:

  • coordinate small photography productions in collaboration with the Coordinator
  • support with making the planning and monitor if deadlines are met
  • schedule meetings
  • check invoices
  • create purchase orders
  • administrative actions such as, for example, entering new suppliers in the system

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a production studio with photography/video/film productions
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a dynamic and creative environment
  • Experience working with planning and handling deadlines
  • Experience working with finance overviews / check invoices / create purchase orders
  • Thinking in solutions
  • Able to work in a very structured way
  • Good skills in English language (word and writing)

  3. Next we will invite you for videocalls with important stakeholders (e.g. our Product Owners)
  4. As a final step, we wil invite you to our office to give you the real Wehkamp experience. As you have learned a lot during the earlier video calls, this is te moment that everything comes together.
