To our customers we are a financial partner and technology provider, that specialises in providing Point-of-Sale Financing solutions like invoice and credit. We also offer fraud solutions to selected retailers and as part of our shopping experience. It is the goal of Lacent to become the dominant financial enabler in any shopping context. This includes e-commerce as well as traditional brick and mortar retail, in the Netherlands and Benelux. As from 2019, Lacent is extending the financial proposition to the external market and therefore is in the fascinating turn around into a FinTech company. The product portfolio will be stretched to a wider range of contemporary financial solutions for consumers.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work on all Digital Paid channels, including search campaigns on Google and Bing, as well as Paid Social, Display advertising and Email Marketing, supporting our launch in the Dutch market.
What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Executing plan for paid search and social, driving both reach and engagement.
Optimising keywords, copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
Define a framework of when and how we analyse the performance of our programmatic campaigns.
Managing and optimisation of programmatic media buying (DSPs), analysing performance drivers and translating insights into actionable hypotheses and tweaks.
Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics and campaigns.
Creating and sending email campaigns to the agreed targeted audience.
Improving the performance of marketing emails by running A/B tests and results analysis.
In this job, you report directly to the Head of Financial Product within Lacent.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, act commercially, deliver operational excellence and obtain results quickly. Someone who is working from a win-win mindset with colleagues and who embodies, mastery- autonomy and purpose in their work, life and personality.
At least 2 years of experience and tangible success in managing digital campaigns in at least one of the following channels: across Display, PPC and Paid Social.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports.
Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
You are proactive and eager to learn.
Strong plus: Well-versed in SEA, performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition; Industry knowledge from either a corporate or agency setting would be an advantage but not essential.
