Lacent offers payment solutions to Wehkamp customers and in the near future more merchants will follow. We take care of the financial settlement of cash payments (for example with iDeal), postpay and payment in installments. The north-star of Lacent is offering financial propositions and products that are relevant to families and that make their lives better and easier in a responsible manner.

Job Description

To enable our growth in the near future, we speed up our pace in (fin-tech) innovation. You are one of the key enablers in this and drive our data-driven decision making. Collecting data from different sources is part of your job, you only have a real impact when you come up with meaningful insights. To be successful in this position, you need to think forward and take initiative.

You will be working with cross-functional teams. You are collecting and combining datasets from various different sources and provide these teams with real-time data reports. You derive insights on specific business questions and act upon them commercially.

Qualifications

We are looking for an analyst with the right attitude. You want to learn, take ownership, drive your own topics, use the team to get input and help others with your input.

  • You have a Computer Science Degree or other studies with strong numerical background.
  • You have touch points (or strong affinity) to fintech and financial services.
  • You have 0-3 years prior experience, good SQL knowledge (SAS / SPSS or likewise) and good English and general communication skills.

What happens after your application?
For this position the process looks like this:

1. Do your expectations and our wishes fit together? Then we invite you for a first video interview

2. When you and we are enthusiastic, we plan an introduction. For this, we reserve a part of the day, in which we discuss the subject content (on the basis of a case) and the culture at wehkamp/Lacent in several interviews with your potential new colleagues.

3. After this part of the day, you will hear from us as soon as possible whether or not we see you as our colleague. In that case, we will make you an offer. If not, then you will, of course, receive relevant feedback from us.
