Websters employs motivated IT professionals for diverse and challenging IT projects. The projects are mainly in Belgium so Websters provides the migration to Belgium and supports with the full onboarding process. For its IT staffing Websters is looking to attract  a Türkiye-based COUNTRY RECRUITMENT MANAGER.

The COUNTRY RECRUITMENT MANAGER will pioneer the Websters Türkiye-based recruitment office.

The staffing primarily targets the Belgian market. This requires attracting Turkish IT talent willing to expatriate to Belgium. 

The COUNTRY RECRUITMENT MANAGER will contribute to this process in several ways:

• Attract best-in-class talents as Websters strives to offer the best profiles who can deliver high quality work
• Display a high level of accountability in terms of fulfilling staffing needs.
• Work in close collaboration with the Belgian HQ to support growth and competitiveness.

The main tasks for the COUNTRY RECRUITMENT MANAGER consist of:

• A-to-Z recruitment
  • Initial job descriptions will come from the Websters HQ based on customer input. These descriptions will have to be modified for posting on the relevant job boards and channels.
  • Screening and first round interviews.
  • Second-round interviews together with the Belgian HQ colleagues for technical validation.
  • Contract negotiation and closing in the name of the Belgian HQ.
• Build the Websters premium employer brand in the Turkish market.
• Manage the scalability and growth of the operation.
• Assume the role as Turkish point-of-contact for the expatriates.

To fulfill this important role in the organization, Websters is looking to a senior IT staffing expert.

• You have a minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years in IT staffing. As a result the Turkish IT market holds no secrets for you and you can rely on a broad network.
• You have a strong work ethic and you develop a high level of company intrapreneurship to facilitate the company performance and growth .
• You are self-steering and work in a process-oriented fashion which complements the operations of the Belgian HQ.
• You are an excellent dealmaker and you are born to attract premium IT talents and negotiate towards contract signing.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
