Established in 2003, the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) is Asia’s Centre of Excellence for wealth and asset management education and research.  Founded by Temasek and GIC, WMI aims to build capabilities for investing in a better tomorrow.

WMI offers a comprehensive suite of practiced-based programmes from IBF accredited certification programmes, Diploma programmes to the Master of Science in Asset and Wealth Management in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University.  In 2020, WMI enrolled 17,000 finance professionals from 150 leading financial institutions across 60 programmes.  We serve wealth managers, asset managers, investment advisors, lawyers, trust professionals, compliance professionals, family offices and financial regulators across Asia.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage on existing and new learning technology to enable best-in-class learning experience and effectively deliver training and assessments using a range of virtual training platforms and tools.
  2. Manage WMI’s training & learning management system (TMS & LMS) ensure functionality and timely set up of classroom and online learning courseware and assessments.
  3. Assist on online learning user enquiries and issues, annual review and updates, user acceptance testing and reporting.
  4. Be part of the programme team who handles programmes end to end i.e. application, enrolment, blended learning, scheduling of faculty and participants, assessments, billing and issuance of e-certifications.
  5. Extract, organise and analyse MIS related to learner’s records, trainer and participant ratings, participant profiles, completion progress for certification, etc.
  6. Liaise with individual and institutional clients and participants from various financial services industries such as private banking, priority banking, consumer banking and insurance.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Skillset:

  • Degree or diploma in a recognised university or polytechnic in engineering, IT, computer or data science. Other disciplines are welcome as long the individual is technically proficient and competent with technology and digital platforms.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, as well as those with between 1 to 3 years of working experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Meticulous, detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
  2. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge and skills in managing TMS/LMS and managing training using Zoom, Teams, Webex and other virtual delivery platforms will be a strong advantage.
  4. Good with MS Office Powerpoint and Word and highly proficient in Excel.
