We are looking for a fun and creative social media coordinator to join our Chicago team.
Job Duties
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Help function as a liaison to key business units
- Manage our Linkedin / Facebook / Instagram posts.
- Providing additional communications and outreach support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage brand awareness
- Interact daily with management team
- Capture and analyze related data metrics, trends, and generate management reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- BA Degree in Communications is a +
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to and enjoys working across multiple business units and functional areas to achieve goals
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
- Extremely process and results driven
