Job Description

The Project Manager will coordinate and assist other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly in order to fulfill the client’s needs. 

Job Duties

  • Builds relationships and collaborates with management team to identify business needs
  • Sets project quality and performance standards
  • Track team progress against plan
  • Allocate and coordinate resources to ensure efficiency in project execution
  • Report project activities and accomplishments and escalate risks and issues to management as needed
  • Define high level project requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to act with judgment, confidence, and personal initiative, as well as capable of working in a fast-paced and highly visible
  • Exhibit strong collaboration and ability to engage across multiple functions and business units
  • Ability to lead, motivate and support a project team(s)
