About the Role
Our client is a Fortune 500, nationally recognized enterprise brand seeking a sharp, experienced Creative Project Manager to join their growing Brand team. This is not a role for someone who needs time to ramp up — they need a seasoned creative operations professional who can absorb a brand's workflow quickly, build structure around it fast, and keep world-class creative moving without losing quality or momentum.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and operational excellence. The right candidate thinks several steps ahead, builds trust with partners quickly, and thrives in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift and pace is unrelenting. You'll be embedded across Site, Digital, Content, and PM&A lines of business, owning end-to-end production while serving as the connective tissue between creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
If you've operated at scale inside an agency or led campaigns for major brands and know how to bring order to creative chaos, this role is built for you.
In this role, you will be managing digital campaigns end to end so you should have familiarity with web, social, blogs, landing pages, and more
What Sets You Apart
You don't wait to be told what's broken — you already see it. You've been inside agencies or brand teams that move fast, and you've built the systems that keep creative quality intact when everything is moving at once. You can walk into a Fortune 500 environment on day one, read the room, understand the workflow, and start contributing immediately. You're not just managing tasks — you're thinking about the next sprint, the next bottleneck, and the next stakeholder conversation before anyone else is.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess an existing brand's creative workflow, identify gaps, and build or refine operational infrastructure without disrupting output
- Develop and maintain Workfront project timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams — this is your primary system of record
- Lead weekly standups with partners and creative teams to align on priorities, surface blockers, and drive accountability
- Own end-to-end production of creative deliverables from brief intake through final delivery
- Support Creative Performers and Creative Directors with project organization, scheduling, and workflow management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between cross-functional partners and the Brand team — managing expectations and communication at all levels, including senior leadership
- Anticipate downstream problems before they surface and proactively address risks to timeline, quality, or scope
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Agency background required OR demonstrated experience leading large-scale creative campaigns for a major brand — you must understand how creative teams think, operate, and collaborate
- Expert-level proficiency in Workfront — this is non-negotiable; you will be expected to build and manage timelines in Workfront from day one
- Proven ability to quickly absorb a new brand's voice, standards, and workflow — and build operational structure around it without slowing creative down
- Track record managing creative production for household-name, enterprise brands that operate at scale and maintain high creative standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects across diverse teams without losing quality or pace
- Deep familiarity with creative workflows — from concept to production to final delivery — across digital and content channels
- Strategic thinker who anticipates problems, works several steps ahead, and proactively drives solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build relationships, influence without authority, and keep stakeholders aligned in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable presenting project status and timelines to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience working within regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) where approvals, legal review, and compliance touchpoints are part of the creative process
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in financial services, banking, or credit card brands — familiarity with compliance-driven creative environments and the nuances of marketing financial products is highly valued
- Experience with travel, airport, or hospitality brands
- Knowledge of how to navigate compliance and legal review in a creative context for financial products such as credit cards, banking, or lending
- Familiarity with brand governance and the ability to uphold creative standards across a large, complex organization
- Experience across multiple brand verticals simultaneously
