Project Manager
- Contract
- Department: Marketing
Company Description
We are currently engaged with a large, PE-backed home services client on a fast-moving triage engagement across two parallel workstreams — one focused on demand capture and performance marketing, the other on franchise marketing program design and franchisee enablement.
The engagement is focused on speed to impact: senior marketing operators are embedded directly inside the business to assess what's broken and start fixing it, supported by targeted specialists and directed toward board-level milestones. The Project Manager sits at the center of this effort — keeping two distinct workstreams moving simultaneously, each with its own senior lead, client stakeholders, and deliverable expectations.
This is a high-visibility, fast-paced engagement inside a large organization under real performance pressure. The right PM will thrive in that environment.
Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, organized project manager to serve as the operational backbone across two parallel workstreams. This person keeps the Rosie team moving — managing priorities, tracking hours, monitoring deliverables, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. They are the connective tissue between the practitioners doing the work and the leadership team that needs to see it.
This is not a coordinator role. This person brings structure to ambiguity, pushes for clarity when priorities conflict, and holds the team accountable to timelines without being told to.

- Hours: 20 hrs/week
- Contract: 3-month contract starting mid-April
- Location: Remote but must work EST hrs and be available 5 days/week
Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of coordination across both workstreams — keeping priorities clear, timelines on track, and the team aligned
Own the weekly reporting cadence — consolidate progress updates from all practitioners and deliver clean, leadership-ready summaries to Rosie and client stakeholders
Monitor hours across all Rosie team members on both engagements, flagging overages or underutilization early
Track all deliverables against key milestones — ensure the team knows what is due, when, and to what standard
Manage the intake and routing of new requests from client stakeholders so practitioners are not pulled off focus by ad hoc asks
Maintain a living project tracker across both workstreams — tasks, owners, status, and blockers visible at all times
Surface risks and blockers to Rosie account leadership before they become problems
Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies where work intersects or competes for shared resources
Own meeting rhythms — schedule, run, and recap all internal Rosie syncs across both projects
Qualifications
Qualifications
5–8 years of project or program management experience in a marketing, agency, or consulting environment
Proven ability to manage multiple parallel client workstreams simultaneously — each with distinct stakeholders, priorities, and reporting expectations
Meticulous with detail — nothing slips, nothing is assumed done until it's confirmed done
Strong communicator — able to write a crisp status update as easily as they can run a standup
Comfortable working with distributed freelance teams and holding people accountable without direct authority
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar
Experience working on client-facing engagements where reporting and milestone tracking are tied to measurable progress
Self-directed — can operate with minimal oversight and knows when to escalate
