Job Description

Location: Atlanta, GA - hybrid 2 days a week. Tuesdays and one other day. Must be local to ATL to be considered for the role. 
Duration: 12 month contract
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Rate: $50-55/hr

The Marketing Analyst role will serve on the Customer & Market Insights team, supporting the broader Customer Digital Experience function. The analyst will play a key role in analytics for the Chick-fil-A mobile app. The analyst is responsible for analyzing data related to the performance and user behavior of the app.  The analyst will partner closely with stakeholders in Product, Design, and Technology to gather insights that inform product development and optimization. The analyst will ensure event tracking is set up appropriately, monitor KPIs, measure results of A/B tests, identify trends, provide reports and recommendations to improve the UX and effectiveness.

Role Responsibilites 

  • Provide support and analytics that uncover insights that drive decision-making on the Chick-fil-A app.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategies, validate business problems, define measurement plans, and co-create A/B testing plans.
  • Utilize analytics & insights tools such as Amplitude and Fullstory.
  • Conduct in-depth user funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and areas of opportunity to reduce friction and drive conversion rate.
  • Create and deliver presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for Digital Experience teams.
  • Leverage critical thinking to ensure analysis is accurate, thorough, and appropriately answers the business question.
  • Ensure event tracking aligns with business goals and KPIs needed for analysis.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience and expertise with marketing analytics, specifically website and app properties 
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and history of working independently and as a member of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple project analysis timelines
  • Ability to prioritize projects and updates
  • Ability to learn new systems and analytical platforms

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing analyst or similar 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Fullstory, and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with web analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • History of effective collaboration, execution of business enhancements, from conception to delivery
