Job Description
Are you a media analytics expert with a passion for driving insights and leading innovative measurement strategies? Our client is seeking an Associate Director/Director-level resource to take on the role of Media Analytics Lead, overseeing measurement strategy and reporting for multiple client accounts. In this role, you'll guide an Analyst/Senior Analyst in setting up dashboards, tagging, and generating actionable media insights alongside our client's Media team.
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: February 2025
Length: 4 months (potential for extension)
Hourly Rate: $70
Location: Remote (East Coast hours preferred)
Hours/wk: 30 and must be able to work the following schedule:
- Mondays: 10-3pm (5 hours)
- Tuesday – Thursday: 10-5pm (7 hours per day)
- Friday: 10-2pm (4 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media analytics delivery across client accounts, acting as the strategic lead and building trusted client relationships.
- Oversee reporting setups, including dashboards, tagging, and insight generation, while mentoring analysts in data interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive measurement strategies and integrated storytelling.
- Drive test & learn initiatives and optimize media performance across conversion and awareness campaigns.
- Innovate the agency’s measurement practice, implementing advanced frameworks and guiding technology integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media measurement and analytics, with agency or consulting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate data into client-centric strategies.
- Proven leadership in managing and mentoring analytics teams with a collaborative mindset.
- High sense of ownership, continuous learning orientation, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
