Job Description

Assist Chief Financial Officer in managing the day to day accounting, finance, treasury and human resources activities of the Agency, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations, payroll processing and employee on-boarding, credentialing, evaluations, policy/procedure review. 

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation, payment o expenses and posting  receivable payments.

Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results.

Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.

Manage and process payroll.

Assists with on-boarding  process of new staff, including benefit enrollment, background checks, credentialing.

Assist with various financial audits.

 

 

Audit employee files for compliance, accuracy

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.

Three years of accounting and human resources  experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting software systems and Microsoft office.

Knowledge of community mental health programs will be helpful.
