Job Description
As technology, digitalization, and generative AI reshape industries and business operations, organisations need to deliver on their business objectives, run their operations, and generate value for their customers, while being resilient and agile. As a Consulting Analyst at Wavestone, you will typically support Wavestone engagement teams and our clients by conducting research, building deliverables, helping run workshops, gathering information and requirements, as well as working alongside the client stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of projects.
As part of the UK Graduate Programme, you will gain hands-on experience working with leading organisations across multiple industries, developing core consulting skills while contributing meaningfully to client engagements from day one.
You will work across multiple domains, including, but not limited to:
- Technology & Digital Strategy : Supporting clients in defining technology roadmaps, improving IT and digital capabilities, and delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
- Risk, Governance & Controls : Helping organisations understand and manage operational and technology risks, strengthen control environments, and embed effective governance practices.
- Data & Artificial Intelligence : Supporting clients in using data more effectively, developing analytics-driven insights, and adopting AI in a responsible, value-oriented way.
- Life Sciences : Working with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to improve decision-making, optimise operating models, and ultimately drive better patient and customer outcomes.
Your key responsibilities :
Collaborate with project leads, and clients to solve business challenges.
Support the execution of project workstreams and project management activities.
Conduct research and data analysis to deliver insights and support client projects.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance consulting skills.
Embody our values and act as a responsible ambassador of Wavestone
Contribute to various internal activities meaningfully to build your network and enhance Wavestone’s presence in the market.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree. We are open to receiving applications from recent graduates as well as people with less than 2 years work experience who have the motivation to build a career in consulting
Natural curiosity about how to solve business problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, and work independently, when needed
Ability to foster relationships, build trust, and work collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint (experience with data analysis tools is a plus)
You need to be eligible to live and work in the UK at the point of joining. Wavestone do not offer visa sponsorship for this position
Additional Information
Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process consists of two initial selection stages, followed by an on‑site Assessment Day. Candidates who are successful in the early stages of the process will be invited to attend the Assessment Day, which will take place on the 4th June & 10th June 2026.
Attendance at the on‑site Assessment Day is mandatory for shortlisted candidates. Applicants must be available to attend at least one of these dates. Please confirm your availability for either 4th June or 10th when submitting your application.
The start date for this role is September 2026.

- £37,000 base salary eligible for a fixed £2,000 bonus in your first year

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office /client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
Note: Mandatory 3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
