Our Luxembourg office is expanding, driven by high demand for cybersecurity services. We are looking for Consultants (2 - 4 years of experience) and Senior Consultants (4 - 6 years of experience) with a strong interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies to join us.   

Job Description

 As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will:   

  • Drive projects covering a broad range of cybersecurity and digital risk topics, including digital transformation and IT strategy;  

  • Work on consulting assignments to design and deliver cybersecurity strategies and advisory services, including IT and operational resilience, AI security, cyber maturity assessments, security and compliance audits, security policies, risk analysis and governance, as well as cloud, architecture, and cryptography security;  

  • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills by accurately identifying issues, applying rigorous analytical thinking, and delivering well‑founded recommendations within agreed timelines; 

  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients; 

  • Lead, drive, and handle client interactions, meetings, and workshops, developing a deep understanding of clients’ dynamics, relationships, business processes, and broader ecosystem in order to work as “one team” with the client and build trusted relationships; 

  • Support business development activities such as writing and pitching proposals;  

  • Lead and manage internal projects and initiatives, supporting the ongoing development of the Luxembourg office and further developing sector‑specific and/or technical expertise; and 

Coach newcomers, support their onboarding, and proactively share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in computer and management engineering, cybersecurity, IT or Artificial Intelligence;  

  • For consultants (2 - 4 years of experience), a first experience in cybersecurity or project management will be considered an asset. For senior consultants (4 – 6 years of experience), prior experience in cybersecurity is expected, ideally gained within the consulting industry or in a cybersecurity team;  

  • Client-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines; 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both with clients and peers;  

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand new topics quickly, structure information, and progressively build autonomy in assignments; 

  • Willingness to seek and act on feedback to continuously improve performance; 

  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks; 

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, diverse, and international environment; and  

  • Fluency in both French and English is required for Consultants. For Senior Consultants, excellent proficiency in English is required, while French and/or an additional language will be considered an asset.
