Job Description
The HR Manager is dedicated to one of our Practices and partners closely with the HR Senior Manager of this practice to implement HR strategies, impactful projects and annual actions plans of Wavestone, playing a key role in engagement and retention to support of the business objectives.
Acting as an HR Business Partner, the HR manager consults with line management, provides daily HR guidance, analyzes trends and metrics, resolves employee relations issues, improves work relationships and productivity, and suggests HR corrective actions.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the HR Senior Manager in the roll-out and execution of the HR action plan of Wavestone and/or local actions decided on the scope, steering the HR budgets, training plans and contributing or leading HR projects, locally or at a Wavestone level
- Analyze HR KPIs and their related trends to monitor progress of HR action plans, define relevant and pragmatic corrective actions when needed, providing clear overview of the HR situation on the scope
- Provide high level support to Career Development Managers (CDM) of Senior Consultants to Managers mainly, regarding policy appropriation, best practices, employee behavior, performance management and development.
- Engage and develop proactively the HR team, mainly junior profiles, supervise all their activities to ensure performance of HR operations and make them grow in their role
- Develop and implement proactively initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in compliance with the company’s CSR commitments
- Ensure the quality of the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding, driving the Talent Mangement process for Senior Consultant to Manager, monitoring and improving constantly its efficiency, partnering with Squad Leaders
- Facilitate regularly HR interviews with Senior Consultants and Managers to assess their level of engagement, improve work relationships, increase productivity and enable retention
- Identify potential issues, particularly flight risks, and psychosocial risks, and proactively solve them, either by your own or by mobilizing the relevant stakeholders, suggesting solutions aligned with operational stakes
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and processes on the scope, making regular assessments in order to enhance HR processes, systems, and capability, partnering with IT teams when needed
- Analyse HR KPIs and their related trends to monitor progress of HR action plans, define relevant and pragmatic corrective actions when needed, providing clear overview of the HR situation on the scope
Qualifications
- Between 7 and 10 years of experience in HR developpment activities. Ideally coming from a consulting background.
- Being an ambassador of the Positive Way to contribute to spreading Wavestone’s values within their scope and serve as a role model (>> Positiveway book)
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all types of stakeholders, both orally and in writing (with clarity and simplicity)
- Rapidly establishing trustful relationships with any type of interlocutor
- Ability to understand and to be connected to consulting stakes & teams
- Agility and flexibility in organization (time and priority management)
- Capable of managing change within the organization.
- Analytical and goal-oriented rather than process-oriented
- Demonstrating self-control and resilience
- Fluent in French and abilility to work in English
