About the Role

No two days are the same! You'll be the face of our operation, interacting with customers, keeping the site safe, and operating key machinery.

In this varied role, you will be:

  • Site Management: Ensuring the site, buildings, and roadways are safe, neat, and professional.
  • Customer & Traffic Control: Directing vehicles, assisting customers with their drop-offs, and ensuring everyone understands the correct sorting process.
  • Operations & Labouring: Operating onsite plant and equipment (if qualified/required) and being ready to pitch in with general labouring tasks, we all contribute!
  • Environmental Champion: Playing a key role in sorting, collecting, and disposing of waste and recyclables efficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications

What You Need to Bring

If you enjoy working outdoors, getting stuck in, and taking pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

  • Minimum Class 1 driver's license with Wheels (W) and Tracks (T) endorsements.
  • Strong focus on safety awareness. (for yourself, your team, and the public)
  • The ability to work autonomously when needed, but with a team-first mentality.
  • Bonus: Experience in the waste industry or production line work is a plus, but not essential if you have the right attitude!
