Are you someone with an eye for detail and an ability to manage day-to-day operations. We are looking for an operations supervisor to lead and execute an operations plan whilst meeting the range of reporting needs.

Join our dynamic team in Dunedin, New Zealand, as an Operations Supervisor and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence while contributing to a cleaner, greener environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, ensuring our services run smoothly and according to plan. 

• Liaise and work closely with the customer to deliver the required outcomes.
• Supervise and allocate work priorities fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance standards.
• Prepare reports and claims for pre-approval.
• Manage and approve expenses within your delegation. 
• Serve as a visible leader, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

• Leadership experience in leading a team ideally in a contracting environment.  
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpreting compliance systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance and safe work practices.
• A passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
