Job Description

Are you a wordsmith with a passion for clarity and structure? We’re looking for a Content/Technical Writer to join our team! With at least 2 years of writing experience, you’ll help create and maintain key documents that keep everything running smoothly.

📝 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead meetings to address process issues.
  • Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Align cross-functional documentation to meet business needs.
  • Support staff by clarifying job functions and responsibilities.
  • Engage with third parties to explain processes and expectations.
  • Draft terms and conditions for department guidelines.
  • Create terminology and guidelines to empower advocates.

Qualifications
