The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-26.00/hr

What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Daily Splash):

• Keep our irrigation systems in tip-top shape—install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot everything from valves to rotors.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to get the job done right (and sometimes muddy).
• Order parts, coordinate with contractors, and help prioritize upgrades.
• Answer the call—literally—when work orders or issues crop up.
• Embrace tech tools (phones, tablets, laptops) to stay organized and connected.
• Practice safe habits and help make safety a top priority.
• Handle seasonal tasks like winterizing systems and spring start-ups.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has an eye for detail and a love for working outdoors.
• Knows their way around irrigation systems and can handle a little dirt.
• Can work solo or as part of a team—no sprinkler too far!
• Enjoys problem-solving and isn’t afraid to get their hands wet.

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• 1-3 years of experience in the landscaping/irrigation industry, including plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Irrigation system certifications or licenses
• Certifications in equipment operation or safety
