We are hiring Shipping and Receiving Coordinators for our Frederick, MD Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations facility. This position requires you to work onsite.
Salary:
Pay: $18.00
Plus 10% of RPZ (Regional Pay Zone) over the base pay
Plus $2.00/Hr. differential for the 2nd shift
Annual Bonus: 3.2% of eligible base wages
Shifts Available:
This is a full-time 10-hour shift, rotating schedule, 4 days per week.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
* 1st shift – candidates must be available to work between the hours of 6am to 6pm.
* 2nd shift - candidates must be available to work between the hours of 4pm to 4am.
* Full-Time: Associates are required to work 4 days a week, it is a 10-hour shift during the above time frames, however it is a rotating schedule so candidates must be available all week except Saturdays when the facility will be closed.
* Part-time: Associates are required to work at least 3 days per week, with each shift being 10 hours during the above time frames. Candidates can choose their preferred workdays, but they must specify their availability in advance. Please note that partial shifts are not an option.
Job Description
- Sorter Operation: Remove full totes, replenish empty ones, scan totes and locations, and rearrange items to ensure proper fill rates.
- Product Delivery Management: Verify delivery documentation, count, separate, and scan products, and track items using software. Unload products manually or with powered equipment and organize inventory for production stations.
- Stocking and Handling Drugs: Open boxes carefully, monitor product sizes, label and sort drugs, and store them in designated locations. Use forklifts to transport items when needed.
- Inventory Maintenance: Remove damaged or expired products, identify and fix discrepancies, inform management of inefficiencies, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Task Completion: Prioritize work, collaborate with colleagues, meet deadlines, and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Packing and Shipping: Pack prescriptions, ensure accuracy, prepare temperature-sensitive medications, and process shipments. Complete and verify necessary paperwork.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, maintain ethical standards, and implement action plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifcations:
- 18 years old
- High School or GED
- Preferrable with Warehouse Experience, but not required
