Job Description

This role presents a rare chance to leave an indelible mark on Walmart's Global Compliance initiatives, encompassing cutting-edge solutions for KYC, KYB, Screening, Due Diligence, Monitoring, and Testing across their eCommerce and omnichannel platforms.

Responsibilities:

  •  Support in the development and refinement of standards that address Walmart’s platform development to adhere to required regulations.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy decisions are aligned 
  •  Identify Compliance risk, which could have the potential to damage Walmart when the Walmart Processes, Products, Compliance Controls fail to comply with industry standards, laws, and regulations. 
  • Collect and analyze necessary data for investigations; create reports on findings; communicate findings to management; recommend and track remediations to address the Risks.
  • Develop written materials and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation on compliance, and regulatory requirements 
  • Assess and respond to complex issues, and coordinate with other teams to manage risks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  1 to 2 years of experience working in a Policy Analyst Role. Preferably Identity Compliance.
  •  Knowledge of applicable global KYC, KYB, AML, Due Diligence, Screening regulations 
  •  Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, SQL 

Education/Knowledge:

  •  Bachelors or Equivalent years of work experience
  •  Preferred but not required CAM Certification

Salary commensurate to experience and specialization, compensation is negotiable.
