Job Description

  • Provide remote technical support to field technicians and store associates via phone and chat
  • Troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system issues
  • Utilize the VVC system to receive and track support requests
  • Guide field teams through repair procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient repairs
  • Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately
  • Stay current with HVAC technologies, safety regulations, and company procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting
  • 1+ years of experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills to assist field technicians effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
