We, the Process improvement team, are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to Walmart Seller Support business processes. We are committed to driving continuous advancement for Walmart Support operations teams by streamlining seller contacts and improving seller experiences on Walmart.com. Our role involves identifying potential areas of improvement, conducting thorough analysis and implementing strategic upgrades. We are dedicated to overseeing and improving the performance of related processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our Seller Support operations.

As a Process Improvement Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing business operations and driving impactful change across the organization.

• Identify Opportunities for Efficiency: Dive into current business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and pinpoint areas ripe for improvement.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to evaluate and benchmark existing processes against industry best practices.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct thorough data analysis to develop strategic, data-backed solutions that boost efficiency and drive business success.
• Communicate Insights: Present your findings and proposed improvements to senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for new initiatives.
• Drive Change: Lead the charge in executing business solutions—clearly communicate project plans, set performance standards, align priorities, and track progress to ensure results.
• Document & Share Knowledge: Keep process documentation up to date, ensuring all improvements and performance metrics are well-documented and easily accessible.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by coaching and training team members on the best practices for process optimization.

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM MST
Pay Range: $85,000-$90,000/annually

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., MS Excel) to extract actionable insights.
• 1+ year of experience in contact centers, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Skilled in process mapping and tools like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
