Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst to lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality results. In this role, you'll:
- Planning: Gather project requirements, develop plans, and create timelines with input from team members and management.
- Execution: Monitor project progress, track budgets, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items for projects of varying complexity. Assist with scope management and resolve minor conflicts.
- Risk Management: Maintain a log of key issues and risks, escalating concerns as needed, and help develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Change Management: Assess the impact of changes and collaborate with teams to shape change strategies and plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- People Development: Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their growth and performance.
- Expertise & Guidance: Share knowledge and best practices to support team success and business goals.
- Business Solutions: Build relationships with stakeholders to implement solutions, adapt to changing needs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Model and support adherence to company policies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Pay Range: $85,000-$90,000/annually
Must be located in Arkansas.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or technology-focused environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or marketplace setting.
- A solid year of experience in business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated administrative and project coordination skills, with experience supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable approach for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in handling coordination, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
