Job Description
We are hiring for a Licensed Optician Manager to join and lead our team in Cottonwood.
The Role:
- Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for Vision Center associates, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Ensure quality eyewear by consulting with customers, selecting products, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining optical equipment.
- Uphold the company's Open Door Policy by addressing concerns, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions.
- Coordinate job-related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, and promote continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Optical experience.
- Active AZ Optician's license.
- ABO/NCLE certification.
- You're eager to be a manager of people and business.
- At least 18 years of age.
