Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.
Job Description
We are hiring a 1st Shift Pharmacy Maintenance Associate who will work onsite at our Plainfield, IN Central Fill location.
Shift and Salary Details:
1st shift must have availability between the hours of 6am to 4:30pm and will work 4 days per week (including Sundays)
$31.30/hour base pay
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year experience working in an industrial, production, or manufacturing environment repairing or maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
Outstanding communication skills
Relationship and Stakeholder management techniques
Must be able to explain the reasoning behind decisions
Effectively engage at all levels in well thought out conversation that takes a position
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years’ experience repairing or maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting, construction, production, or manufacturing environment.

Negotiation:
Prepare relevant information for negotiations

Custodial Activities:
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals effectively
Perform routine cleaning tasks and participate in deep cleaning projects
Follow cleanliness standards and regulations
Report facility and material shortages
Schematics and Technical Drawings:
Describe drafting conventions and tools
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Identify basic functions of design systems
