Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region.  Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. We are hiring for an onsite Hourly HR Training Coordinator in Frederick, MD

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or any related fields OR 1 years’ experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
• Great organizational skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook is a must.
• Experience putting together data into reports.
• Must be comfortable facilitating in front of large groups as they are responsible for onboarding.

Pay rate: $18.00., plus the possibility of an additional 10% on the base salary

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates learning activities, including organizing materials, monitoring progress, and advising on improvements to facilitate effective training and development programs.
• Manages new hire learning processes, including scheduling trainings and conducting orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all associates.
• Maintains accurate records and transactions, including filing, entering, and updating associate information, and ensuring payroll accuracy.
• Communicates company policies and changes to associates, and answers questions regarding company policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, while promoting compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
